Here’s a breakdown of the different materials an image can be printed on.

E-Surface (Traditional Photographic Paper)

Kodak Professional Endura Premier Paper is the most popular paper used by professional photographers. This traditional glossy paper boasts accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh reproduction, and great intensity and offers brighter blues, cyans, purples, and reds.

Metallic Paper:

A unique look that can make photographs appear to have been printed on metal, this paper features a unique pearlescent surface with ultra-bright backgrounds. Using a patented combination of film and laminate layers resulting in striking three-dimensional images, this metallic finish offers natural-looking flesh tones, sharp details, and beautifully saturated colors.
